G-Sync Experiences?

Hello again everybody, I've seen the demo's of G-Sync, but on Youtube I can't see much difference. So to those of you that have personally used or own G-Sync capable monitors, would you say it's worth it and/or lives up to the hype?

You can't tell from a video because your monitor has a fixed refresh rate... This is the whole point of G-sync it decides on it's own when it wants to refresh. (should be awesome)
