7 days connection issues

Whenever me and some friends go to play 7 days to die, while joining each others worlds we always have the same problem, an error message that says 'problem with NAT facilitator' (something like that) or Connection failed. We have all verified files for the game and we all live very close so the connection would be just fine. Any suggestions?
