Help!

I need help, im building my first pc and now when im pressing the start button it blink red. And my it is a red led light on my grafics card is it supposed to do that ?!

I mean that my graphics card is glowing red when i turn the switch on, is it supposed to do that ?

I use a gigabye 970a-dsp3 as motherboard, asus radeon r9 280 as graphics card and a amd fx 8320 as cpu

All i can see when im turning the switch on is that the graphics card is glowing red and nothing more, a asus radeon r9 280

i think you only plugged in one 6 pin pcie power connector and that's why it's blinking red, you would also have to plug in the other pcie connector too to make it work or your psu doesn't have enough power to power the gpu or the system

I plugged them both in but maybe one is a little loose im gonna check

have you accidentally plugged in both power connectors to your harddrive? I did that before and got the same result when trying to turn on my computer.

I got one of the light on my graphics card to turn green
