Never settle silver bundle questions

I was about to redeem it but then i thought,AMD will release their 300 series soon so they will refresh there never settle bundles so i thought of waiting 

For now i am staring at this

  1. Will be able to redeem them and have them in my steam library? 
  2. After i enter my coupon code will i be able to choose 1 game now and another one later? (As in after few months) 
  3. And will i be able to choose newer added games? 
  4. What if i just redeem them but not do anything what will happen then?

Most games for the never settle bundle are given as Steam keys.
