I have already put together a few builds online, none of them physical but all of them are too expensive when I know I can get better for less. Also I'm not super new to the PC world but I don't know much about which parts are better. I greatly appreciate any help!!

What I'm looking to get out of my PC:

60 fps on BF4 on ultra settings

To be able to play almost any game on steam

To be quiet

For the case to have a window and, if possible, be black and orange or really black and any colour.

Thanks!!

I know!! http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/H6jCCJ I made a few changes but how would I get the OS onto the PC without an optical drive?? Would I then use a USB and boot it off there?
