atikmdag.sys error HELP QUICKLY?!

When i try doing the "usual" fix my PC crashes in the middle of the process usually once finished downloading the driver or even before that.

 

Some help would be appreciated.

 

BIOSes r up to date.

 

EDIT, i got to the cmd stage, but now it says extract.exe is not an internal or external command.
