looks good. But if you are planning to play games with surround etc I would suggest perhaps more GPU power.

I would probably play in windowed mode for most games, but for some games play surround and when 970's drop get an another.

Looks good, you might need a better gpu to play games on all three monitors.

You should get a better GPU(s) to play on 3 monitors. Could I suggest maybe some 780 Ti's or R9 290s?

If you're gonna want to play on a 3 monitor setup, I'd suggest 2 980's. They're pretty much on par with the 780ti's in terms of benchmarks and they're a lot cheaper to by and use less energy (a lot cheaper to keep powered up).
