Trouble with blender nodes.

Can anyone help?

and it seems like it should be a fairly simple problem, but no one's responded yet, and I seem to remember seeing a few blender geniouses around these parts so...

Easy ... Go to edit Mode

- Select the area where you want to add a new texture

- go to material and Creat a new one

-Click on the new material and lick assign

- now you can add a new texture to each material ... if you want more than 2 texture just add a new maetrial select it and assign the area where you want the new texture
