When I'm playing any fullscreen video on Chrome, when I exit fullscreen, I get some old version of windows like this (http://puu.sh/bFdzn/2e4cdfc752.jpg).

For the record, it only does that for a fraction of a second, then it returns to the normal style. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Think windows is turning off all the aero effect while in fullscreen tasks.

Don't worry about it, its normal.

This is my opinion, it doesn't mean I'm right and is liable to change at any time. I may offend of which I apologize in advance.

Don't worry, it's normal. It's just that Microsoft do not bother to deliver a product that actually is flawless.

I don't have that happen on my Surface Pro 3, for Chrome or Internet Explorer. Other people seem to though, maybe it has something to do with it being on a nice fast little M.2 SSD.

I'm running on an 840 Evo, so I don''t think that's the problem.

@Enthusiast25 are you on Windows 8, 8.1 or, 8.1 Pro?

The Surface has 8.1 Pro and I don't have it happen to me.
