Call Center Headsets

Any ideas for a good sub $150 closed USB headset that would be good to take calls on. Our help desk is packed in pretty tight and we need them to be closed and have good mikes that cancel out the sound of the surrounding techs. We use soft phones. USB is preferred. A lot of the headsets intended for this only have a speaker on one side and a cheap mike.We need them to be closed over the ear to limit a caller hearing the person next to you's voice and you hearing the next techs voice as well. Its hard to take down someones IP when the person next to you is rattling of a static for someones unfortunate Macbook. They also should be pretty durable we are pretty brutal with are headsets. I personally used the the Sony Elite Pulse wireless stereo headset. It was great people on the phone could hear me and not the person sitting next to me and i would hear them not the those next to me. But as great as they were Wireless is not a direction we want to go and after 8 months of constant use use they wore down.  Some guys are starting to use some turtle beach and Logitech head sets but i haven't heard the results yet.

It is going to be hard to find anything with noise cancellation for that price unless there is some sort of software solution. Just  don't go wireless or you'll get way too much interference in such a small area.
