Seagate Barracuda 7200.12

Greetings! Im a newbie here in this great LINUSTECHTIPS site and hoping to found solutions to my hard drive going bad afterall i guess. Well its a Seagate Barracuda 7200.12

 

Error Displays "Setup Cannot Access Disk" while installing fresh os on it. BIOS can detect the drive and the size, but upon partitioning this error shows up. It seems its having trouble partitioning or reading the disk? Also it Freezes a lot like 1 min or so...

 

Is there any hope on this disk? Can i fix this in simple ways?

 

I really need to fix it. :(
