computer and fan doesnt work?

hi just just tried to turn on my computer for the first time and fans didnt work... when i clicked power on case turned blue for a split second then off right away and nothing happens after. I think i connected the fans right frond and side fans on sys fan 1 and 2 then the back fan connect to the psu to the psu fan on hte mobo
