Need help with budget build!

 that will beat any console. But i would save up more and get something then, the extra time without a pc will be made up for with a good pc

This is definitely over the budget. Check out prices in the UK and actually use the correct currency and you'll see.

Not everyone needs a beast rig. His budget is enough for a decent gaming machine.

400 pounds isnt that much though, im just saying, living without a pc for another few months is worth it for a good rig imo

Again, it depends on the person. The 5600k/7850 should be able to play medium/high for most games for quite a while and should last until the next logical upgrade.
