Yes, it's all compatible. 

Little point getting a z97 board if you're going to get a locked i5 though.

The blue ram and red motherboard is also pretty awkward.

Z97 is still the smart move if getting an Nvidia gpu so you can SLI. 

 

Although, I also wouldn't be getting a 760...

all works, yea cpu thing everyone else is saying above me, if you don't plan on overclocking ever dw, get an SSD also if you can

The 600B isn't exactly optimal for a 760 sli.

It should still be able to run it. 

 

Anyway, its still a reason to consider going with a Z board even if not overclocking.
