I just want to be 100% sure before i order this, that it will all work. I'm not looking to upgrade any parts i'm just curious if its all compatible!

Yes, it's all compatible. 

Little point getting a z97 board if you're going to get a locked i5 though.

The blue ram and red motherboard is also pretty awkward.

it's all compatible but i don't know why you have a locked cpu on a overclocking board, either change it to a i5 4690k or get something like a h97 chipset board(if you get a h97, you can't do sli, if you want to do sli then stay with the z97)

The 600B isn't exactly optimal for a 760 sli.

yeh either get a k edition processor or get an h97 board. Maybe figure out your pricing ratio a little bit more but it will all do.

Anyway, its still a reason to consider going with a Z board even if not overclocking.

If you are absolutely set on that case go for it. But it is very expensive for what it is you could get a cheaper case and may be able fit something like a ssd into your budget.
