I'm starting to ALWAYS get this Windows 8 error code! Help please!

Hey guys Im starting to alway get this windows error, I've noticed it's mainly when I watch videos on facebook, my CPU usage is always below 10% and it's happened twice this month. I haven't OCed or anything... I can play games like BF3 fine but this is weird... it's happened once where I switched tabs between bf3 and chrome to watch a vine on facebook and my system crashed... Here's an attatched picture, my specs are below, and I believe I am using adaptive voltages up to 1.275v.

 

I've posted this problem before, but I was ignored! Come guys I need help!

Install Windows 7

Install Windows 7

 

I would but, I'd have to reinstall everything, and I really like Windows 8, it's not a flop, that everyone thinks it is!

It is a flop lol

Normally when it breaks, it takes a 8 refresh.

That's the wrong error code, but apparently the code is linked to my r9 290...

its deffinately a graphics issue. make sure to update your drivers. as well as windows updates.

How do Reavers clean their spears?

Just updated The Windows updates, and I understand it's something to do with my r9 290, and I may install the beta drives, as I do have the latest updates for CCC

i know this error code can typically be caused by insufficiant power to the gpu, but you've got 1000w psu, so unless you plugged it in wrong, i wouldnt think that would be your issue. UNLESS you used the wrong cable, there are specific pci cables.  doesnt hurt to double check things are plugged in right

I've used the "VGA" cables from my EVGA PSU, that's right, right?
