I think Ghost sucked....

You don't think Ghosts sucked. You KNOW Ghosts sucked, because it did suck.

It was pretty much the first Call of Duty I didn't have fun with, and the only one I haven't finished barring the first one. 2 is still the best.

If you want multiplayer you could try Battlefield but the styles are rather different, it's much bigger scale and snipers are even more obnoxious (selfish little hill squatters, contributing nothing -grumble-), and I hear good things about that F2P Ghost Recon.

Titanfall is awesome fun, but there's a distinct lack of meat to it and it can get dull relatively quick, you'll get your moneys worth but it didn't keep me playing for years like Bad Company 2, for example, did. Also has bad matchmaking issues, every match was a complete stomp one way or the other. Hopefully a follow up with more meat and balancing issues ironed out comes in a few years because the core gameplay is awesome.

As for Advanced Warfare, I might pick it up if the co-op is good and has a decent amount of content, and if it allows bots, the bot mode kept Blops 2 alive for a long time for me.

I am the Black Mage, I cast the magic that makes the people fall down

In MW3 I was "that guy", you know, the one with the T95, that made snipers weep in despair.

I'm just waiting for the next treyarch call of duty considering I think they have the best games in the series. Then again, CoD itself is old as hell and to gain my traction again, I'd need to see some pretty stellar innovation. Even titanfall couldn't hold me and they did the farthest I think they could have gone with it without just having it be completely crazy (which might have worked tbh)
