Problems solved, HyperX question.

Go to solution Solved by ShearMe,

Do you have any USB hubs plugged in (including monitors and keyboards)? They sometimes cause various issues.

I would recommend switching to the HyperX Cloud if we can't solve this issue eventually. Analog means no software issues.

EDIT: I've now bought a HyperX Cloud headset as I found it cheap on ebay. Now my question is if my motherboard will provide a good sound quality or if I should get a dedicated soundcard or a DAC?

Intel Core i5 4670

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3

ASUS H87-PLUS

2047MB GTX 660

Here is a list of all peripherals in USB ports.

  • Keyboard
  • Mouse
  • External hard drive (has own power cord)
  • TrackIR (not always on)
