Brown switch Mechanical Keyboard

Matsy

In need of keyboard suggestions.

I'm after a brown switch, tenkey-less with a backlight if possible.

Not interested in ducky/filco as they are very expensive for what they are.

Looking to spend under £80.

This is really your only option other than wired no name brands.

Then for 10 Pounds more you can have a Ducky Shine 3 slim. I would recommend that one as Ducky is a really great brand their keyboards a great.

Thanks Keyboard Warrior, I couldn't find that Rapid-I for under £80.

I have free delivery with scan as-well!

Cheers.

CM Storm Rapid-I as said above. Really a great keyboard.

That's what I'm using to type this post, it works nicely for the price.  No backlight as mentioned.

I have it... most certainly has a backlight.

Keyboards are best tried out first, as they are very personal.

I use this: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/corsair-vengeance-k70-mechanical-gaming-keyboard-gunmetal-cherry-mx-brown-switch-(uk-english)

It's a great keyboard and only £10 more than you were looking to spend (it's a good price for that unit).

This is a page of various Cherry Brown options from Scan: http://www.scan.co.uk/search.aspx?q=cherry+mx+brown

Of those within the £80 budget, I'd probably go with the CM Storm Quickfire Ultimate: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/cooler-master-cm-storm-quick-fire-ultimate-mechanical-gaming-keyboard-brown-cherry-mx-switches

That's an excellent keyboard.

Ah never mind I actually don't have that one.  I have the Quick Fire Rapid.  No idea why I keep getting those confused, my brain don't work right.
