Ahhh, I had this problem, no they most likely aren't. Exit the game and right click the game and click "Check for Updates" and update the game, you should be all fine after that

They probaly are ,because the Crydev Forum is also down and mycrysis.com to.
And they just announced a new DLC thats coming in 4 days so there probably bringing an update right now.
EDIT:Just looked and there is a new Update its 248mb just came today.
