Ok.. I couldnt fit the monitor you wanted but in build you made 144Hz monitor makes no sense since you wont be able to push such framerates. With my build 144Hz monitor makes sense but it will get more expensive. The thing that holds me back with price is miniITX form factor... by about $100 so if you decide to go ATX you can have 144Hz monitor and these specs.

Also there is HDD missing in your build so that will add up price.
