USB BACKUP?

It really depends on what platform you're on:

On windows i've used Allway Sync link

it has the option for auto sync.

and on linux or Mac OS I just use an 'rsync' script that i made, although not automatic.

There may be other alternatives out there, but that's what I've used in the past and present.

EDIT: A point to add is that allway sync allow uni and bi directional syncing ;)

while (true) {

    live();

}

Bvckup 2 is a really simple and straight forward program which is able to do just that. It's quick with backing up stuff and does it good.

Take a look over here: https://www.bvckup2.com/

It's a powerful program because of it's easy GUI and straight forward use.
