Ethernet cable not recognized?

So I recently setup my PC, but when I plug in my Ethernet cable to connect to the internet - it is not recognized? I look under Network Adapter settings but it has a yellow "!". I right click, try to install the new Network adapter drivers, but it won't find them.

 

Anyone got Network Adapter Drivers to download or solutions?

 

Before you ask, I did restart my PC... Help please, this is the last step before I stop bothering you guys.

Get the drivers from your motherboard manufacturer. Generic drivers don't always work.

Download network drivers from your motherboard manufacturer's website and install them.

As said above. What motherboard you using?
