Nvidia surround issues on Windows 8.1

Switched to Windows 8.1 about a month back. And I only regret it a little.

I just got Mirros edge and I really want to play it on all of my monitors (3) And that works as it should. The problem I'm having is outside the game. I have issues like Youtube videos going fullscreen across all 3 monitors, a really weird and glitchy bezel around google chrome everytime It's fullscreen, and I really can't do the thing where it's stretched to look like it's fullscreen but it really isn't. I also sometimes just get a white border around google chrome. This doesn't happen with waterfox wich is my other daily browser.

My pc specs:

CPU: i7 4770k 3.5ghz
GPU: gtx 770 2gb
Motherboard: Asus z87-pro
PSU: Corsair GS800
RAM: Corsair LP Vengeance 16gb 1600mhz
Storage: Kingston 120gb SSD / Seagate barracuda 2tb HDD

Play around with yor nvidia settings a little (nvidia control panel) and if u don know what it does, come ask us first)

To be honest, I'd prefer not to, considering I have the habit of destroying thins more than fixing them.

Yes, I've always had this problem with Nvidia Surround.
