Catalyst Control Center will not open!

First of all, it may help to know what GPU and version of CCC you are installing.

i5 4670k (can OC to 4.4Ghz) - Hyper 212 evo w/ AC MX2 - XFX Radeon R9 280X - 8GB ADATA XPG V2 DDR3-1600 - MSI Z87 G41 - Corsair CX600M 600W PSU - 1TB HDD - 120GB SSD

Sometimes the Catalyst Control Center app is running or trying to run but never displays the app yet it stuck in some weird mode, you have to kill it in the task manager and then go look in your System Event Viewer to see why its not running. Then, restarting it should work if its not f-ed up, which if it is a re-install is needed.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.
