I recently moved cities and when I put my build back together, my PC boots up until the windows logo then the screen goes blank and my monitor goes into power saving mode. It boots up fine in safe mode & boots up fine if I remove my graphics card and plug my monitor into the motherboard.

I've tried to restore windows to a previous point but it keeps crashing when it gets to the windows update part. I've updated the graphics card drivers in safe mode but it doesn't help.

My build:

GTX 780

i7-3770k not overclocked

Asus Mini-ITX P8Z77-I DELUXE

Silverstone 650W PSU
Corsair Vengeance 16GB RAM
Samsung 840 500GB SSD

The PSU may be small but it worked just fine for a full year before I moved. I removed the graphics card when I moved, thats all. Can someone suggest something to get it to work?
