So basically my problem is that, you probably can see my specs somewhere :D, i spent lon long minutes to type all that in, it's like a 1000$ rig, and it has troubles! its fast but it used to run LOL 250 fps and now, it usually even drops down to 120... totally playable but its baad!, when i watch youtube, sometines the video starts lagging for no reason and my internet (or my pc) slows down sooo much, i try to watch twitch past streams and it has to stop to load a LOT, while my ping is the same. So i want to know if anything, maybe my VGA holds my pc back.

And to let you know, i tried to overclock my cpu in the past, like half a year ago, which ended up booting my BIOS over and over again and windows not starting! which when we downclocked to normal made LOL run with 2 fps i am not kidding!

Pls help me, i dont want my beloved poor little pc to suffer :'(

it might just be your internet, just because you have good ping, doesn't mean you have bad download rate (and/or some hard lag spikes)

also, how do you  know you have good ping? If you say Speedtest, it's not a good diagnostic. It takes the ping for a short amount of time, you need something that consistently measures the ping

also, VGA can't hold you back, maybe in some circumstances, but not all

Maybe it's shoddy internet.

Here's what I do if my PC gets ill:

I go to Windows Task Manager and close every program.

I refresh my drivers.

I try to isolate the problem. Run CPU and GPU benchmarks and cross-reference your results to known values on the web. Check if your RAM is working at the right speed, swap them around on the slots. Check your HDD for any errors or corrupts.

Test all of your components and if the problem's still there then I guess all that's left is your PSU. Your motherboard sounds fine since your PC can still boot.
