Best monitor for Skyrim in 1080p ?

TN OR IPS does not matter to me personally, keep in mind skyrim has physics bugs whenever the game exceeds 60fps. I hear an argument raised by many gamers that 120hz or 144hz monitors look better with 60fps(locked by a FPS limiting software) than a 60 hz monitor. Anyway maximum budget is around $300-$400. Nothing more than 24 inches in size please.

I need expert advice, here is the rest of my build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/FHFZWZ.

I will be playing other games like counter strike, league, dota and total war. but skyrim is the main attraction

Modded Skyrim in an IPS monitor is better than going outside.

I play competitive games and I'm considering that monitor. The reviews I've read show it having bugger all input lag. Maybe not so great for FPS games, but perfectly fine for games like LoL, Dota, SC2 or maybe even Fighting Games where the framerate is locked to 60fps anyway

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770k | Mobo: MSI Mpower Max | Cooling: Cryorig R1 Ultimate w/ XT140 front Fan | GPU: EVGA GTX 770 Dual SC SLI | Case: NZXT H440 | Case Fans: Phanteks PH-140SP x5 | PSU: EVGA Supernova P2 1000W | RAM: 16GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer | SSD: Kingston HyperX 3k 120GB | HDD: Seagate Barracude

Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 | Mouse: Razer Deathadder 2013 | Headphones: Sennheiser HD438s | Mousepad: Razer Goliathus Control | Monitor 1: Benq XL2430T | Monitor 2: BenQ RL2455HM

I own the benq xl2420z. I quite like this monitor as it is 3d ready and has a 144hz panel. An other positive aspect of this monitor is that it has a 3 port usb2 hub and it has a remote that can store up to 3 presets for quick switching between modes. Also it has 2 hdmi inputs so if you have a game console, you can connect that as well.

Hope this helps and goodluck :D

if Skyrim (and in turn, the graphics mods to make it look amazing) is really the main focus, you'll need to consider a color calibrator

it blows my mind how many skyrim ENB modders out there are making profiles without a calibrated monitor - so many turn out crap on mine (which is accurate) and just make me smh. the whole appeal of modding it is to make it look amazing - so make sure your "canvas" is accurately displaying what it's being sent
