Please help. How do I activate Quick Sync?

Go to solution Solved by Faa,

It's detected when I take my GPU out of the MOBO But after I set the Quick Sync on and put the GPU back the iGPU disables and is not detected again.

Disable IGP multi-monitor. It's been to long since I touched a platform with the intel IGP.

Few months ago I had it working. I use 2 monitors: 1 connected on my GPU and the other on my MOBO. I use Quick Sync to stream/record my gameplays. Then I decided to dust my PC and I think I might have accidentally hit the reset switch on my MOBO. I did something on my BIOS that activated it before but I forgot what I did then that I can't do it again. I haven't updated any drivers or even change any settings before it happened (until now). Now my monitors are both on my GPU and my PC can't detect Quick Sync. I tried taking my GPU out and use the MOBO HDMI port and iGPU works. But when my 670 is connected my other monitor won't turn on.

Go in your bios > advanced mode > Advanced > System agent configuration > Enable "Render-standby" and set memory to auto.

After you done that, open GPU-z (download it) and check if its detected. If yes, install the driver for it.

Monitor cable should be on your discrete gpu, not on the IGP.

I plugged both monitors on my GPU and setup my BIOS just like you said. But still nothing.pZ3Gq9Z.jpgSJxnDjS.png

What if you swap your monitor cable to the IGP? Does it still detect it or?
