Where is the mini 285?

I want to at least prepare a form factor PC for my friend so he can easily decide whether to go laptop or desktop. Where do I buy the mini 285? It's seems like a great card for the size.

If you are asking about the Lian Li PC-TU100B, fair enough. The Sapphire R9 285 Mini as well.

No problem, the MSI R9 270X ITX, ASUS GTX 760 DirectCU Mini and MSI GTX 760 ITX are all good choices for small cards in that case.
