Keyboad issue :(

I have got a problem with my Razer blackwidow keyboard, The usb end of the cable needs to be bent to the right very hard to get it to connect. Sometimes the macros work sometimes they dont. Is there anything i can do to fix it?

I had to do what with my m65 mouse by corsair.

if USB end is bent, it probably will not work correctly,

You can try the RMA

it's fairly simple takes about 2 weeks

you can ask about advance exchange where they send you a new one first and you mail back the old.

I had a similar issue with a pair of headphones. It's most likely the cable itself near the end where the plug is. you could try to replace the plug at the end or rma it.
