Mass Windows Migration

i recently built a new PC so i need drive to boot from
 
now i have a 500 GB Samsung 840  pro this is the drive i want to use to boot my new PC 
 
i also have a 129 GB Samsung 840 evo New unused
 
my 500 GB SSD has my previous computers OS on it and i don't want to lose any of it
 
so is there a way that i can transfer all the data/OS from my 500 GB to my 120 GB and not lose any data and most importantly still have the OS work fine in my old computer
 
there is only 92 GB of used memory on the 500 GB SSD so it should fit in the 120 GB SSD
 
Any help would be appreciated

Yes you can use smart cloning software like hd clone 4 or even an old version of symantec ghost. 

 

You could also use clonezilla however I have never used it.

I have never used the Samsung software but I did look over the website http://www.samsung.com/global/business/semiconductor/minisite/SSD/global/html/about/whitepaper11.html 

and it should be able to clone from the lager ssd to the smaller ssd with no issues.
