Help with making a stencil

So I need to make 3 printable stencils(kind of) for my dad(for his work) and I don't have the necessary photoshop skills.

I need one with this logo

calif.jpg
and have text under the logo.

The first one should have the logo and underneath it have the text "MILITARI" with the "Courier New" font.The second one should be the same, except with "IANCULUI" instead of "MILITARI" and the third one with " ŞELARI".

Any help would be highly appreciated
