Radeon 5830 custom cooling

Hello forum. I'm quite fresh to the custom PC's scene. I have an AMD Radeon HD 5830, a Sapphire xTreme edition to be exact, and I'm not happy with the cooling. It's not having temperature problems, It's just too loud for my taste. I've tried some coolers that were available to me but they were either silent, with the graphics card running over 95 degrees Celsius, or as loud as the stock one. I can get the Accelero Twin turbo III but it costs way too much considering I got the card for about 40$ (don't ask why the price is so low). Any suggestions ?

Clean the heatsink and change the thermal paste before doing anything major to the card. You never know how much cooler and quieter it can get.

I've cleaned it and changed the thermal paste. It's just that I have a PC with a GTX 650 Gigabyte OC Edition and it's almost silent. That's why the 5830 is bothering me.
