Google Chrome Loading Slowly

try doing a full uninstall with revo uninstaller http://www.revouninstaller.com/download-free-portable.php

 

then download https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/?platform=win64

Recently Google Chrome has been loading webpages really slowly. My internet is fine and I'm fairly sure I have no virus's on my computer... but for some reason its taking forever to load a webpage. Even trying to load up my history or settings takes a long time to load. If I load something like a YouTube video it takes a while to start then once the page is loaded the video runs fine. I've tried a bunch of different things from clearing my history/cache to re-installing and removing all extensions. Nothing seems to work, anyone have any ideas whats going on?

Thank you! It worked perfectly. Chrome is now loading at normal speeds.
