Okay So I'm having problems when I game like Dues EX human revolution or Torchlight 2 or any game in that matter. I always enable v-sync but I always get an fps drop like 60 frames per second and then it drops to 45 to 50 in like 2 seconds and goes back to 60 frames per second.. I've checked my CPU temp and it's pretty fine at idle it goes around 38 to 40 degrees and at full load it goes around 50 to 55 degrees  ( I'm using a swiftech h220 ) and for my GPU the 6970 it goes MAX around 73 degrees most people consider it normal for the 6970. I'v also checked for malware but my system is clean. I do game at 1080p could it be my card is having problems playing at that resolution?

It shouldn't happen in Torchlight 2 since it's not graphically intensive.
