already tried the regservice and unregservice files, reseted that .dll files, like the standard procedure.

oh, and fez does the same thing too.... (in the middle of the game, same CLR20r3

Have you got the latest versions of flash, Java, direct x, .Net framework, installed the latest Windows update?

yes, all of them.

Try running this as an administrator in cmd prompt without the quotes. " %windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\ngen.exe update "

 

If that doesn't work try opening cmd prompt again as admin and run " sfc /scannow "

 

Also try downloading this and reinstalling if you haven't already. (Some games may have visual redist in the game folder if you look around you may find it and use that file instead of downloading one.

 

If these things do not work, try giving system restore a shot. Restore back to when you know it worked and see if that fixes the problem. How old is the hard drive you are using and was it used on a previous computer then used on this one without formatting?
