Buying custom made pc.

Hi. So I would love to build my own pc but I can't even wire a plug. I'm a videographer/editor. I just upgraded cameras to Gh4 4k. Absolutely love it but my 2011 iMac can't cope with the 4k in premier pro. I'm looking at buying a custom build like this http://www.custompc.ie/autocad-desktop-pc-solution-level-3-2014-edition-165636-p.asp Can anyone recommend what to upgrade and what to downgrade on this machine?
