Garrys mod FPS Problems

So in Garry's Mod i get around 300+ fps but on some maps i get 60ish but it feels like 10 how do I fix this ?

Pretty sure it's just a really badly made map if it only happens sometimes, or if there's lots of ragdolls/props/NPCS/etc.

What maps in particular?

Deathrun maps there's a few of them
