What do j do? All casefans spinning, but Noctua fans (nh-d14 SE2011) not spinning even though it is plugged I to the motherboard, this happens but there is nothing on the Display. Code on motherboard readout is 00. How long do I have to wait before anything displays on my screen and what is the issue to my problem since I have everything plugged in (monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse )

Here are the specs of my PC:

I7 5820K

Noctua NH-d14 SE2011

8GB 2x4 DDR4 Crucial desktop ram

Rampage V Extreme

Samsung 840 EVO 120GB

Seagate Barracuda 2TB

Phanteks Emthoo Pro case

XFX HD 5450 (temporary until GTX 980 released)

Corsair RM1000 PSu

Where did you plug the fan for the cooler? I bet it is in the wrong header, it needs to be in the cpu fan header 1. It should be above the cpu socket.

is it you cant access your bios is your pc turning on faster than the screen is turning on?
