so using aiden stress i was able to get my 4690k under 70c , i changed the voltage to override , should i change it back to adaptive

for 4.5ghz i found i needed 1.216 voltage 

 

I'd keep it as is if it's stable.

Yes, but I'm not sure what auto would do under strain. It's possible that the motherboard will just go for the "certainly stable" voltage and end up with 1.3+v under load, which would be worse.
