I have a brand new system and I put windows 7 disk in and downloaded it but the internet didn't work it was saying something about the disk drive or something anyway I've just brought a new monitor and windows 8.1 pro, do I just put the dick in and download it or do I have to get rid off/ delete the windows 7 that didn't work? (Here's my first build)

First, use . to separate sentences. It makes it easier for us to help you. Now the questions. Which OS you want to install on your build? Are you using DVD or USB to do it?
