Suddenly getting poor computer performance

Over the past few weeks computer speed has been gradually getting worse. Free version of malwarebytes found no viruses and cpu and gpu temps stay at 70 C and lower. 

 

cpu: AMD A4-3420

gpu: AMD Radeon HD 6450

 

Computer is almost 2 years old. Tell me if you need more information.

ccleaner, use to check/fix registry, see what starting up when you power on.
