Ehh, you could get a better bang for buck.

Looks good, only thing i would change is the cpu to a 8320(because the 8320 is a underclocked 8350 in my opinion), get normal speed 8gb ram(like 1600mhz 8gb ram), and a Corsair 300R case instead.
