My friend was unable to install his windows from his cd, so he brought his tower to me and we tried installing the windows from a flash drive. This time it worked, but... the windows stops working when it gets to the point where the "Setup is prepairing your computer for first  use" and the error on the screen is : "oobeldr.exe - Application Error" : " The application was unable to start correctly  (0xc0000006). Click OK to close the application."

After we click ok the pc restarts and it loops in the same issue again and again. I tried connecting his HDD to my PC and copy the oobeldr.exe and it´s related files but it didn´t helped. Any way to fix it ?

You should make sure that the ISO your using is completely reliable, if you didn't buy it from a store I mean.

If your still havering problems try using a different one this usually solves any problems I come up against.

This is my opinion, it doesn't mean I'm right and is liable to change at any time. I may offend of which I apologize in advance.

It´s my only resource atm. We tried using a DVD before, and my own HDD.

We use this version of ISO for 2 years now. I have it installed on my own machine and it didn´t failed me, untill today.

I tryied to reformat the stick, reinstall the ISO on the usb and now my sistem says it´s partition is invalid. Just FML.

EDIT: I´ve used a tutorial made here to make the usb bootable. ( just to clear that out )

Use the windows usb tool and see if you get the partition error again.

Yeah, try re-writing the ISO to the USB. This doesn't sound like a hardware issue to me
