double check the connects for the power button led. and the nzxt logo might not be plugged into a molex plug to light it up.

Hey guys so my build arrived today but I noticed that the nzxt logo on my case isn't lighting up and the power button flickers. any ideas on whats causing this? thanks

Likely a loose connection. Either caused by you connecting the plugs to the motherboard headers, or caused by NZXT in a manufacturing fault. If you're sure everything's connected properly, consider asking NZXT if they'll replace the components.

The NZXT logo light needs to be connected to a separate power connector in order to light up, so make sure that's connected as well.

isnt the power button LED the hard drive activity LED? mine flashes too. I am also having issues with my NZXT logo not being bright, either the LED is facing the wrong way, or it is dying
