My friend is building his new rig and he asked me if which is better? so guys vote and say why!
Future Upgrade can't purely considered maybe minor upgrade in the future. he said to me that he will use the system w/o upgrading in the next 1 and a half year.

My vote is for r9 290 but his vote is for xfire 285 so help him guys.

Equality doesn't mean Justice.
