Some questions about the case:

• Are the white pcie brackets noticable from the side panel window?
• What's the vertical pcie slot for?
• Will LED Fans look good in this case? Probably 2 in the front and for the exhaust in the back.

1- A little bit, if they bother you too much, you can always remove them and paint them.

2- Fan controller.

3- Not that much, the window has a black tint to it, getting white leds is a much better option.

It's just that I'm still torn between a black and blue build or a black with white accents one, which do you think would look better?

It's easier to achieve a clean black/gray/white accents build, but if you can get it clean enough the blue one will look better IMO.

The best way is to don't care about the color scheme, it will look good from the side anyway and you'll save some money

I actually have decided on the parts already, it was just a coincidence that I could go for both color scheme around the same budget.

Wouldn't adding anything there be an eyesore on the side panel window? But then again there are windowless versions

If I had a window on a case, I used it for looking if there are any issues etc, you don't care about it once you build the system.
