I would 9-10-11 because it goes in order.

 

 

 

 

But seriously I have no idea.

Lower numerical values = lower latency = better

They will bith be advertised as CAS 9 because both are... 9-#-#, and 9-#-#.

9-10-9 is better as the OTHER LATNECIES are also lower.

There are 4(5?) major latency settings in RAM. CAS is just one of them.
