HELP!

I bought a Raptor M45 gaming mouse, Corsair, a few months back and it worked beautifully up until today. While I was playing it seemed to just stop responding at times, the red led lights would still be on but the cursor wouldn't move or click, but after a few minutes it would respond again, but after one or two times it just stopped working all together. The led light is still on, the control panel still recognises it as connected to the pc. I've updated the drivers and firmware but still nothing. All the games in my library have crucial controls mapped to the buttons on my raptor. Help!
