Overclocking on this board?

I'm building a PC for my friend, and he's been using the integrated graphics on his INTEGRATED CPU, so I wanted to make sure he got the best he could, so I figured: why not overclock a little? The problem is that the budget only allows for a 970 motherboard, so I was asking how good the overclocking support is on the Asus M5A97 2.0 or the Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P? Which one would be better for overcooking?  The CPU will be FX-6300 or the FX-8320 and the cooler Shadow Rock 2(I know it's an old cooler but please don't question my component choices, I live in Sweden and prices are VERY different here). 

Is it a monkey? Is it an ape? I don't care, I LOVE'EM!
